Chinese Lunar New Year style font design, main colors red and gold, festive and auspicious atmosphere with elements of spring couplets, lanterns, fireworks, and gold foil texture.

中國農曆新年,紅色與金色為主色,帶有喜慶與吉祥氛圍,帶有春聯、燈籠、煙花、金箔質感的元素

CONCEPT(概念)

References were mostly from Pinterest, and one particular white corridor image catch my eye and became the key stone of this environment’s composition.

參考資料主要來自 Pinterest,其中一張白色走廊的構圖吸引了我的注意,並成為這個環境的主要發想。

KitBashing in UE(建模)

Since the Lunar New Year design was very specific and would only be used for a limited time, I used Unreal’s free assets as my building block for a quick build. 80% of the objects were Unreal Assets, with a few modeled in Blender.

因為農曆新年的設計非常明確,且只有期間限定會使用。這次直接使用Unreal的免費素材當作是我的基底快速搭建,80%的物件都Unreal Assets,少數在Blender內建模。

LookDev In UE(虛幻引擎內測試)

The lighting setup, optimization of various blueprints and models allowed the scene to run in real time, and the dragon and falling leaves VFX were added to the scene as the final finishing touches.

光源設定、各個藍圖和模型的最佳化讓場景能夠及時運行、並把龍和落葉VFX加入場景當做最後的收尾點綴。

TESTING IN IS

How the scene was doing in Infinity Set (which is a broadcast system that support UE4) with video input and camera moving.

場景在 Infinity Set(支援 UE4 的廣播系統)中有視訊輸入和攝影機移動時的表現。
